Dolores’ Rhubarb Strawberry Crumb Pie in a Skillet Crust

Makes 9 1/2- to 10-inch deep-dish pie


For the Crust:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
